Data we collect

• Account: email address, optional name, password (stored only as a one-way hash), and an identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google if you use them.
• Captures: photos, 3D scans, floor plans and building outlines you upload, with device details needed to process them (camera lens, orientation).
• Location: the position of a capture, only when you allow location access or pick it on a map.
• Subscription: the App Store transaction identifier and expiry date. Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.
• Technical: sign-in times and server logs (IP address, requests) kept for security.

How we use it

• To provide the service: store and process your captures, sync them between the app and the website.
• To manage your account and subscription, and to send verification and password reset emails.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Captures are private by default. They become visible to others only if you make them public, and appear on Google Maps only if you publish them there yourself.

Service providers

We use: Apple (sign-in, payments), Google (sign-in, optional Google Maps publishing), [hosting provider and country], [object storage provider] and [email provider]. They process data only on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete a capture or your whole account at any time in the app or on the website; this removes your captures and files from our storage. [Backup retention period, e.g. 30 days]
